I had a wonderful experience at the Sea Gull on Capri ! The decor is \coastal\/sea shore style...and though the shop is rather small, the merchandise is beautifully displayed....The ceramics were lovely, especially the local colors and patterns (the lemon patterns are prevalent)! I bought a small, pretty, blue and white salt and pepper on a dish... but now I wish I had bought a table cloth in the traditional pattern of the lemons and green leaves, and another salt and pepper set with the lemon pattern also. I felt prices were reasonable, but was afraid of the shipping costs back to the U.S., so passed-up these charming items; they would not have fit in my luggage. The shop is easy to find, just off the corner in the midddle elevation of the town of Capri, kinda of straight ahead and on your left, after you get off the funicular, as I remember.
