Do not come here. The lady to the left gave us an eye roll when we asked for two flavors to try. Then proceeded to do it again if it was one or two flavors for a small. I’m a customer paying you for goods, I don’t need to spend my money here if you’re going to roll your eyes.

Unbelievably great waffle and ice cream! The large option allows two gelato flavors.
Delicious crepes here. Went more than once and would go again. Pricing is average. The staff was very sweet every time. Just wish they were open later. 8pm seems very early. A few times we wanted to go after dinner but it was already closed.
This woman..... extremely rude..... I was very nice to her.... she refused to make eye contact.... She was only interested in texting on \whats app\. I did not appreciate her poor customer service..... I can't imagine the type of problems and stress associated with high traffic tourism icecream stores and likely low wages /high cost of living. Or maybe her family owns the store and she is allowed to do as she pleases. Either way.... unnecessary rudeness and i want managment to know it. Also sad because i hear the products are great.
The one star is out of pure frustration. I admit, I did not eat here because I attempted to get a waffle with gelato (because I love love love waffles) at 7:20 and I was told no because they close at 8. 10-15 minutes I understand. But 40 minutes!? I’m sure the food and gelato is nice, but there are a lot of reviews about their service being poor and I definitely agree. Please work on this!
