Be Human

Have used Terravision Bergamo-Milan-Bergamo. No problem and what I liked the most was that they accepted us on the bus at an earlier time than the original booking. The driver was quite good.

Awful sevice, take any other company! Lying about departure times from Bergamo Airport, instead waiting until the bus is full. Everyone was taking other companies’ buses and I wish it was me, but had unluckily bought their tickets!

It’s unacceptable that this company lies at their advertised booth in the airport, saying they can get you to Milano Centrale in 15 minutes (it’s a 1 hour drive in ideal traffic conditions). It’s just blatant lying. Also, the bus did not depart at the advertised time.

DO NOT TAKE THIS BUS. They are scammers and will tell you that your ticket isn’t valid and make you buy another one. Do not waste your money! Take any other bus company but them, they will try to scam you

Absolutely most terrible bus service from Bergamo. Bought ticket online and didn't state that a paper print is necessary before you have paid. Showing PDF on mobile was not accepted. Local printing is the same price as the ticket and bad service at the counter upon request. I picked a different bus service to Milan, which was flawless.

Worst service I ever came through. How it was: I decided to buy the tickets to Milan in advance via Terravision website. 18 for two persons with return was a great deal as I thought... I paid for them being in Lappeenranta, thinking that I will have a chance to print the tickets in Orio al Serio. The most interesting began at Bergamo: there WAS a printer but to print both tickets (with return ones) you had to pay 3. And the computer at the arrival was so hard to understand that we just couldn't print anything. And you just stand like a fool with electronic tickets that operator doesn't accept. We just had to forget about them and take another bus paid buy cash, successfully getting to Milano Centrale. The same story about printing was on our way back to Orio al Serio. Damn you, Terravision. Never, NEVER use them especially NEVER BUY PRE PAID tickets. You'll just waste the money, your precious time after the arrival and your nerves. Just go out the airport terminal and take another bus to Milano Centrale.

Don’t believe their time table. It will just wait for the bus to be full. Waste of time! Just go out and heaps of bus outside who will start every 10 mins

Do not take this bus. They do not leave on time according to their schedule! There are many more buses to choose from in Milan Central station to Bergamo airport!
