Samer terminal has very rude employees and they pretend that they don't speak English.

So happy and glad to work with Samer as agents. Mostly easy to berth and also unberth except when bora is blowing up everything nearby. Smooth and clean operations, responsive clerks and workers. Best terminal in Trieste for Ro-Ro vessels. Grazie mille a tutti!
