Founded in 1991, since 1993 it operates in the M&A agent services (scouting and origination). In 1997 it cooperates with FINBAN S.p.A., Merchant Bank of Banco di Napoli Credit Group and later with BANEXI Italia (BNP – Paribas Group). In 2000 TELEMA becomes independent. With a new partner, it begins to offer Corporate Finance services to the enterprise market. From the end of 2013 to 2015, TELEMA, thanks to a partnership with ETHICA, had an execution team (M&A Team: 8 Professionals; DEBT Team; 8 Professionals) in Milan, with more than 180 transactions completed in the last 10 years. At the end of 2015, Telema began working with international operators such as Corporate M&A Departments, Private Equity Firm, Investment Companies, Family Offices, and M&A Advisors. Today, after 28 years of market presence, TELEMA has a deep knowledge of the M & A Advisory and the Italian Private Equity market players.
