It's an Asia and Italy fusion for sure. Sushi with pesto, with cheese, sushi taco for the first time. Interesting combination. Dumplings and miso soup taste right(simple though, the pan fried dumplings are handmade I reckon, according to the shape, more Chinese rather than Japanese, but very good). Plus the adamame better to be cold, personally think it's more authentic Not bad overall.
