During my road trip in my Skoda, I had some problems with the brakes, so searching for a vw in the area was the thing to do I thought. Upon arrival, a really helpful employee helped me with the translation from English. Then the sales representative arrived. He looked at the car standing tall and diagnosed straight away. After a trip in the office, he brought me the written invoice he would charge me to get the wheel free and restore the braking. Barring in mind that the braking system was fully replaced 3.000 km prior, he wanted to replace the calliper, the slider, the disk and the pads. Even after explaining that everything was newly replaced. He insisted that the stuff wasn’t purchased from VW. And I was supposed to prove that all the parts came from VW. The calliper was a TRW (oem) and everything else was brembo. But he never looked it up. With a 850 bill, and 2500 km away, I choose not to fix my car with them, and see a different garage. The next one, down the road, fixed it for me by changing the brake pads, and getting the air off my braking system via OBD. 90 later my car was ready to complete the 4.500km journey around Europe. So avoid this ripoffs!

Avevo bisogna di un pezzo di ricambio urgentemente, mia chiesto numero telaio, e poi non mi ha risposto più, avevo chiamato 15 volte.. e così mi e successo anche anni scorsi.. Vi sembra che sette più importanti che clienti, quando vedete un cliente non tanto ricco..
