Very easy to find and conveniently close to the main station. Very easy to use -- has multiple language options and gives you the retrieval code on a printed receipt and via email. We used a large locker for two expanded carryon luggage and one messenger bag with room to spare! We didn't book ahead, but October is 'slow season' and it was drizzling outside, so there were a lot fewer tourists out and about than usual.

Booked two lockers, and two boxes opened to deposit our luggage. Weirdly enough the number on the screen of one box (36) didn't match the box that opened (40), but we thought it's just displayed incorrectly (as the box 36 wouldn't open) and went ahead. After depositing our luggage we got the opening code for the 36 box (the number on the screen) and not the one which actually opened by itself (40)! So we couldn't retrieve our luggage anymore! And all the telephone numbers on the website and in the confirmation were dead or nobody picked up. Even the emergency call button in the store itself was useless - we tried like 6 times but nobody picked up. Really bad service, wouldn't stow my luggage there again! Plus imagine if it opens one box incorrectly, it might also open another box where actually luggage from guests is stored inside.. not trustworthy! UPDATE: After contacting them via Instagram we finally reached someone. The friendly lady apologized and was able to help us super quickly and even promised us a full refund. They also apologized via mail which was really nice of them.

This facility was perfect for storage of our backpacks while we were walking around the city all day! Very close to the train station! You walk up, choose your language and pay via credit card - the locker opens and the company emails you a code to access your bags thought the day. Would recommend!

We were hesitant to leave our luggage anywhere, but this service turned out to be quick, easy and trustworthy. It was also much less expensive than many other spots in Florence. Good location near the main station; however, there are many similar services around this one so make sure you go to the correct one! Prebooking a locker online was easy and made it a breeze even though we were earlier than the time of the booking.

Used the service twice while in Italy - first in Venice and then in Florence - both times it was incredibly easy to use and a hassle-free experience! The fact that you pay per locker and not per bag meant that it was much cheaper than other luggage storage options with our three cabin-size bags. Would definitely use again!

It’s near the train station - easy to find. The service is easy to use and sends confirmation code via text or email (make sure you have access to wifi). Only accepts credit card, more affordable than other storage places and very secure.
