Easy to use and very secure luggage storage. One locker fit 4 suitcases and 2 backpacks in - the process was really easy and the screen told you exactly what you need to do to use their services. CCTV is on site and the lockers feel secure. The code to unlock the locker came through straight away so that was also reassuring.

You do everything by yourself. Use a totem to leave, get back your luggage and pay using your credit card. Very smart and very fast. Only the feel that it is not very secure, but I think that is not a trouble for sure.

I was initially hesitant to leave my belongings in storage, but it was a seamless, easy, and safe process. The only thing that might be better is the pricing—it’s a bit steep for what it is. That said, the check-in/out was simple (but I could imagine it being more complicated if you don’t have access to email/texts) and I highly recommend the service.

This luggage storage is close to the station. Both the storage and the collect of the luggage has been fast and easy thanks to two different systems for the procedure: received even a mail and a mobile text with the code for the recollect of the luggage. Absolutely a good choice.

Wonderful self-service. Very comfortable and cheap, comparing to other bag storage services around this place. You don't have to pay per each bag, just for one box, and it's big enough. You can pay only with credit card directly in the place or book in advance. Recommend.

This service would have been great, however it was further away from the train station than the 1 minute walk advertised and it was a bit hard to find at night. It was far more expensive than I thought it would be. It ended up costing me 10 Euro to store my bag for an hour. The other issue I found was that, in the evening as a single female traveller the position of the storage room was not comfortable. There were a group of men hanging around on the street right outside the locker room both at the time I dropped my bag and picked it up. I am not usually a nervous traveller but I didn’t feel safe. In Rome there are the men on the street who try to sell things or try to get money out of you. The area where the baggage lockers are seems to be a favourite place for them. It also took quite a while for the code to come through. The locker was big enough for my one large bag, I think I may have been able to fit two in.

Excellent alternative to the Train Station Luggage Storage. This is a 2 min walk from the train station and it's all self-service with very easy to use directions. We chose this luggage storage over the train station "left luggage" because the train station stated we would have to wait about 20 mins to pick up our bags, but we could pay more to expedite. No thank you. So this Stow Your Bags luggage option was great for us. We ordered 2 lockers, but probably could have fit everything into 1. We had 2 large (65L) packs and 1 day pack. I would definitely use this service again.

The service works pretty well and is conveniently located near Termini station. The only confusion is that the terminal in the locker room informs you that you will receive a code to unlock your locker by email and text 10 minutes later - you don't receive any such code and use the same one as you used to access the locker in the first place to open it, which is not quite as secure as I would like (someone might be looking over your shoulder when you type it in in the first place). But otherwise I was happy enough with the service as a place to store luggage for a few hours. The lockers themselves are quite capacious and take two full size cases without problem.
