It also operates through forms of collaboration with the State, the Regions, the Autonomous Provinces and local authorities. The association’s goals are: · promoting and anticipating industrial trends; · encouraging female participation in STEM - Science studies, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics; · enhancing initiatives that promote the female STEM careers; · encouraging a cultural transformation in and the sharing of good practices; · spreading inclusion and participation policies as a way to increase industrial and country competitiveness.
