I booked last minute through Groupon because I was looking for an inexpensive hotel near Casamicciola. The service I received was much better than anywhere else I've stayed on Ischia in this price range. Stella Maris is under new ownership and from what I experienced, they are doing it right! The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, the view is nice, and all transportation is readily accessible. I did not realize I booked a 'half-board' room, meaning breakfast and dinner are included so I was pleased with dinner (two choices each: primi and secondi with dessert) but my American-German roots would like a meat or cheese with breakfast. The pool area was pristine with public beaches nearby.

Sono stato ospite di questa struttura dal 13 settembre al 27 settembre 2020, ebbene un ottima esperienza sicuramente da ripetere. Anche se in piena normativa restrizioni per Coronavirus Hotel a tre stelle è molto curato e ben tenuto, ottima la pulizia della camera, ed ottima pure la cucina del ristorante.... Piscina esterna un po' piccolina ma dotato di vasca idromassaggio Jacuzzi, il reparto termale è curato dalla proprietaria Imma ben funzionante e fanghi belli caldo, unico neo la mancanza di un campanello di allarme in caso di necessità sia nella sala fango sia nella piscina termale interna. Nel complesso una splendida esperienza dotato di un panorama e posizione invidiabile. Ci ritornerò!!!
Ottima accoglienza. Servizio efficiente considerando il gruppo formato da 73 persone. Locali molto puliti. Ottimo il servizio ristorante, diretto da un eccellente maitre sempre disponibile.
Hotel curato e pulito,quasi tutte le camere vista mare,ottimi servizi per il prezzo pagato,il personale molto disponibile,cibo ok.
CHE DIRE DI QUESTO ALBERGO, CI SONO 2 TITOLARI FANTASTICI, UNO STAFF IN CUCINA SEMPRE DISPONIBILE E ATTENTO A TUTTE LE ESIGENZE, UNO STAFF ORGANIZZATIVO PER IGIENE E PULIZIA UNICO, IL JOLLY CLAUDIO UN RAGAZZO D'ORO E LA NOTTE IL MITICO GIANNI CHE VEGLIA E VIGILA UNA GRANDE VERA FAMIGLIA SONO STATO IN ESTATE IN VACANZA UNO SPETTACOLO RISATE, DIVERTIMENTO E TANTO ALTRO A TAL PUNTO DA RITORNARCI 15GG DOPO
