I used to send my box with this company, SPEDIREADESSO, but sincerely don’t use it. They let me wait to take my box 6 days blocking me at home for 6 days from 9am to 6pm. UNBELIEVABLE. Also they are not clear about all the paper that you need now to send box from UK. I SINCERELY RECOMMEND TO DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND ALSO I M STILL WAITING FOR REFOUND. BAD BAD BAD BAD SHAME SHAME ON YOU SPEDIREADESSO COMPANY!!!!!!!

This is not a courier but just a broker, my parcel was lost in April 2020, for a couple a weeks they pretended they were waiting to receive infos from GLS (the actual courier). I discovered myself that the parcel was picked up in UK by another one (DPD) and that it was delivered in Paris at a different address instead of Rome. Then, these crooks at Spedireadesso simply stopped answering my calls and mails. I have arranged myself to recover the parcel in Paris, at my expenses. Sending a parcel through them is like making a bet. If something goes wrong you have no hope to fix it. Stay away from them if you care about your stuff.
