Modern Creative Hotel. The Art Of Hosting ...I Like It.
like
Booked several rooms. They weren't in the same building. They were across the street from each other. One Building had many steps, made it impossible to have a baby in a stroller. Tried to deduct extra chargers that was already paid. Twice!! One for the city tax then when checking out asked us to pay for a crib. Although we'd paid everything online and upon arrival. Rooms clean and some had a nice view. Some were really really noisy. Never again
Family rooms are across the street in a different building. But they are brand new and super clean. Breakfast is in the same building and the lady who runs it is very courteous. The only odd thing was our room had no shower curtain or rod which made quite a mess.
Really well placed, can't argue with that but that's not enough, there are plenty others nearby. We were hosted on the highest floor which the elevator doesn't reach so be ready to have a workout of your own with your luggage if you have big ones. Room's okay, nothing splendid but not bad, however the bathroom is another whole thing. For starters, it's got stairs which to be honest, it wasn't a problem for my girlfriend or me but someone with some kind of impairment may have big issues. As for the shower... Very very low pressure, and suddenly, the hot water stopped working. I guess the tank heater ran out or something but nothing pleasant when you're having a shower. And to top it off, the AC doesn't work properly and you have to be telling the reception to turn it on or off. Breakfast wasn't nothing spectacular, simple buffet but enough to get you started through the morning. Staff was really helpful, friendly and informative. I wouldn't say I won't repeat but I will definitely look for other options with a similar price before.
Average hotel, actually feels like a service apartment rather than a hotel, only have staff in the another building which had to walk across a street, and also to have the breakfast. So felt a bit isolated with the other part of hotel - travi collection that the Spanish Art Hotel changed name to. The room is simple, having marks on the wall, bathroom has drainage smell so have to close the door all the time, and in the morning it is noisy from the street traffic. I was disappointed with this hotel choice, luckily only stays two nights, so could not be bothered to change the hotel. Definitely learning for next time!
Modern hotel close to the city. Clean and well mantain. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful in giving us information. Only drawback was we book through hotel tonight app and it stated free breakfast however we were told that it was not included in our price. Not sure whose at fault.
Beautiful modern boutique. Booked with points, so unsure of pricing. Great location as well.
Very nice room, friendly staff, quick access to points of interest and the Metro. I paid 18 for 72 hours and went all over the city.
