Antonio and Giuseppe are just lovely. The class was super relaxed, fun, interesting and the wine flowed. There were 3 others in the class and we were so impressed we all signed up for another class the next day. We did the 11 a.m. meat class and the next day the 11 a.m. vegetarian class. Both fantastic! You needn't eat anything else all day ...but as you are in Italy... you do!
Chef Tony is incredible! This was one of our favorite experiences in Sorrento, a must do for all ages. The food was delicious and the atmosphere terrific, plus the the wine! You will certainly not leave thirsty (or hungry)! I strongly recommend anyone and everyone go see Chef Tony, you will not be disappointed!
We found Chef Tony through word of mouth and are so happy we took a cooking class with him! This was one of the highlights from our Amalfi coast holiday. The food and wine were great, but the best part is that we can replicate the recipes at home for friends and family. Chef Tony was a fantastic instructor - we felt it was a perfect hands on experience complete with assistance and tips. Highly, highly recommend!
