Be VERY RELUCTANT to purchase anything in this store if you are a tourist due to counterfeit items being sold there! My family and I visited this store in July of 2019. We ended up buying a camera for my one son and a mini Nintendo gaming system for my other son. Unfortunately the mini Nintendo system stopped working after we used it once while we were still there and due to us changing locations on our vacation, we were unable to go back to the store to either exchange it or return it. Upon our return back to Canada, I sent the gaming system into Nintendo Canada as it should have been under warranty as it was brand new. Nintendo Canada informed me that the gaming system was counterfeit! Upon emailing the store and communicating with Gaetano, he asked me to ship the gaming system back to him so he could \discuss this with his supplier\ and either refund my money OR send me a new, non-counterfeit gaming system. I was very hesitant in sending back the system as I wasn't sure if I'd ever see it again or hear back or get my money back. However, I trusted Gaetano due to some of the reviews on Google and his re-assurance over email, so I sent it back. Well, after months of trying to get a hold of Gaetano to follow up with him on this after I sent the system back, he has since ignored me and has ultimately RIPPED ME OFF as he never did refund my money or send out another NON-COUNTERFEIT unit. In fact, he has never responded to any of my emails after I told him I had shipped it and given him all of the postage details. BEWARE of this place if you are a tourist! I am sure his shop is full of counterfeit products!!

Fantastic service by Aminta and Matrimonio, who was our photographer for our evening reception wedding at The Castore 10/10/2020. Highly professional service and took some fantastic photos of me, my wife and our wedding party. He was very friendly and knew exactly what pictures to take in the correct settings. A brilliant wedding and a fantastic day. Delivered the photo's on USB promptly to our hotel. Excellent service.
Gaetano and Foto Aminta were simply fantastic. They helped me in planning a surprise engagement for my girlfriend then (who is now my Fiancee) every step of the way. They respond to emails very quickly and suggested multiple places to have the proposal at. I decided on Hotel Sirenuse in Positano (phenomenal view). There was some confusion at the Hotel but Foto Aminta spoke to the concierge and helped me figure it out. Gaetano hid in plain sight in the hotel lobby and when I gave him the nod it was showtime. He was there at such a special moment in our lives and his service was unmatched. He took photos of the proposal and then we walked down through Positano and took photos along the way to the beach. We took photos here as well. Gaetano made sure every angle was perfect. Once all the photos were shot he even escorted us to the bus stop where we needed to be in order to get back to our hotel. It was a full service from Foto Aminta and I HIGHLY recommend that anyone planning any event near the Amalfi Coast contact them for their services. Grazie per tutto! Ciao!
Courteous and helpful staff. Reasonable prices and convenient for camera and cell phone batteries and cards. Very helpful for me that the staff spoke English.
