The cooking at my own villa - for my italian stay ;-) was outstanding! I've learned a lot about dough and meat preparing, wine tasting aso. I seriously had difficulties in not tasting the creations while cooking ;-) By the way - the cook is a queen in cooking, explaining and being charming in the most sympathic italian elegant way you can imagine. At the same time you feel really at home. Best cooking class in Toscany and Umbria. Even my grandmum would be astonished what is possible concerning pleasing the palate with professionalism, passion and love! Thank you for that experience Alina.
