The facility was not easy to find and when we finally arrived at the place they made it very clear that, despite what their website says, they would rather take cash than credit card. We found this quite ridiculous as needless to say not many people carry around hundreds of euros in cash. Besides the payment issue, the only other downside was a skydiving instructor named 'Dorin' that we found quite rude. He would keep making sexist jokes most of the time and would talk in his own language with other members of the staff. Overall, our experience at Skydiving Toscana was not bad but I would strongly suggest considering other options.
