Supper: Right by Hotel Gutkowski. Great pizza, very good price both wine and pizza, refreshingly relaxed. Really friendly staff made us feel very welcome even though we don’t speak much Italian. Also great with kids! Tables out front during the day.

Open every day. Dinner on Thursday 12 April 2018 This is a fairly new pizzeria located between the two buildings which make up Hotel Gutkowski. It is situated on the eastern side of Ortigia facing the Ionian Sea. There was a really relaxed and family orientated atmosphere in this beautifully decorated restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised to see cloth tablecloths and napkins in a pizzeria. And even more surprised to be offered a plate of chips (free of charge) while we considered the menu. This is a pizzeria so the menu consisted of a large variety of very reasonably priced pizzas. They serve beer (of course) but they only serve wine by the glass or the bottle. One bottle of water, one large beer, one large glass of white wine, one Pizza Verde (mozzarella, aubergine, courgettes and peppers) for 6.50, one Pizza Campagnola (mozzarella, parsley, garlic oil, chili pepper, basil and black olives) for 5.50 and two coffees cost 26.50. Please note that these are full sized pizzas the size of dinner plates not small pizzas the size of side plates!
Sono andato già diverse volte a gustare le prelibatezze della Pizzeria, e ogni volta ho mangiato da ( RE ) .... il tutto accompagnato da tanta cortesia e gentilezza da tutto lo staff......
Sono andata in questa pizzeria con degli amici. Sono rimasta delusa e insoddisfatta. La pizza era insipida e con poco condimento prezzi alti per la qualità del prodotto, peccato perché il personale è veramente cortese e disponibile.
Ambiente carino, personale accogliente è professionale, pizza ottima è leggera. Consigliabile. C ritorno con piacere.
Buona pizza, ampia varietà da scegliere; ci sono anche le birre artigianali siciliane, molto buone; e il servizio è veramente gentile.
