The most terrible organization. I made order in the beginning of October, immediately paid 100%, than in some days they wrote me that they does not have 1 item and asked me to send goods to me without this item, and that they will refund me money. I accepted this offer, than I waited about 1 week while they will send my order. I asked about refund many times, they did not do it. After I got my order, I asked about refund again and again, but they did not answer my emails. Then they wrote “please wait in few days we will refund”, than again don’t answer my emails. I wait for refund 2 weeks!!!! So please think 1000 times do you need to make order in this shop, or it is better to bye Goods somewhere in other place!! I do not recommend this organization! They do not take care about theirs customers.

Non mi sono piaciute per niente le tortiere in silicone della Silikomart. Dopo aver letto le istruzioni, ho messo il dolce in forno a 180 gradi, ma dopo 20 minuti ha cominciato a fare un grande fumo bianco in cucina, oltre che al un forte odore. Da buttare via.
