We had here 2 cakes, one with fruits and the other one with cream. I’m not impressed, they were rather ordinary. The place is pricey and in my opinion doesn’t provide value for money. What’s a great advantage of this place is the very friendly and helpful stuff.

it’s difficult to know how to rate this Pasticceria. The selection of pastries is incredible and the food is delicious. It is a bit expensive but worth it we have been coming here several times a day during our brief stay in Siena i do not speak Italian and am not familiar with customs Since there was no seating we asked for a sandwich and pastry to go The cashier whose name is Louisa (could be spelled Luisa) (blond older lady with pony tail)started screaming at me and kept screaming DO YOU UNDERSTAND all the while throwing our food in a bag. had no clue what the problem was. Finally we just left as it was ridiculous not sure if their was a different spot for takeout or what we did wrong but there is no excuse. I actually understand a bit of Italian but her back was to me and she was shouting at the top of her lungs. My husband thinks I should have told her first that this was takeaway. Still no excuse. I couldn’t believe it. she kept screaming Do You Understand. For the first time in my life I was speechless Of course we had no one to complain to. I am sure I am not the first person she has screamed at and evidently gets away with it. Hopefully someone in authority will read this and understand that she does not have the temperament to deal with the public in a tourist town. We went elsewhere

We were looking for a casual place to grab a bite to eat and drink for lunch and we couldn't have been happier. Friendly service, tasty panini, good gelato.

Terrible attention and service. The waitress doesn't understand English so when they mistake your order treat you horrible. Also expensive for what it actually is, pretty normal coffee. Nothing good.
