This hotel and the staff are outstanding. They speak at least 3 languages, Italian, English and Russian fluently and are always welcoming and friendly. The bedrooms are clean and each have access to an outdoor balcony. The 9 euros per person breakfast buffet is great value, with a large selection of fresh fruit juices, teas, coffees, breads, pastries, cereals, yogurts, cheese, meat, jams and fruit. And the 2 or 3 course evening meal, depending on your preference, is always delicious, freshly prepared and changes daily. It is also perfectly located for hikes to Piz Boe (path starts right behind the Refugio), Langkofel and Plattkofel, Pizes de Cir, Pisciadu, Marmolada and many more with a bus station located right out the front of the Refugio. We have visited twice this summer and will surely be back next year.

Best place to stay if you are planning to visit the region! Everything was perfect, especially the staff makes this place so cozy. Location outside the village (some may feel this is a disadvantage), therefore away from the crowds. Definitely recommend this hotel which exceeded our expectations!
Me and my wife loved our stay. The staff at the rifugio were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The menu of the restraunt changes everyday; the food was wonderful and fairly priced. Bread and tarts were also freshly prepared. It was unfortunate that we could not stay longer. Complimenti! Molto buono :)
We loved our stay! The coziest mountain lodge in Canazei, tucked in the Dolomites. During our five-night stay we cycled the Sellaronda and hiked nearby (our favorite for views was Seceda – Pieralongia). It's such a gorgeous area. We also got engaged during our trip (in August)! and the staff could not have been nicer. It's a quiet lodge so I recommend for low-key couples who want a great meal before bed and a comfortable place to sleep underneath truly striking mountains.
Rifuge Monti Pallidi, a very recommendable place to have yourself a stay. The payment for the stay is reasonable; pleasant furnished rooms with beautiful balcony views, nice hospitable manager and staff, authentic decorated bar and dining room with good homemade food. The refuge is excellent placed at Sella group, next to road SS242, close connected to SS48, The Great Dolomites Road in Canazei
It is a very beautiful place with an original style and very clean rooms. The whole place tells a story. The restaurant has traditional dolomitian, fresh food.
It over 10 years of ski trips THIS WAS THE BEST ACCOMODATION so far. 1. POSITION: It is situated at 3 mins ride to the closest ski lift which connects to both ways of Sella Ronda (orange and green). Also, THE VIEWS from the rooms are exceptional. 2. ROOMS: Without exaggeration the rooms are cleaner than a 5 star hotel. The entire bathroom is cleaned everyday and the beds are made. Also the bed sheets and towels smell very very well. The soaps are at better quality than any other accommodation I stayed before. For me another important thing was the pillow which was perfect. To sum it all up, the room is very very very clean, cozy and of high quality. 3. FOOD: I strongly recommand you to take both BREAKFAST AND DINNER. Everything we ate was extremely tasty, fresh, authentic and different every night. We ate everyday here and we loved everything about the food! 4. STAFF: Everybody who works here is very very friendly, patient, smiling and willing to help the guests. I felt like I was surrounded by very close friends in their company. They made our stay feel very WARM AND WELCOMING AND WE WILL FOR SURE COME BACK.
