Hotel and restaurant, both great! The restaurant serve local Italian chef food. Excelent octopus, very good raw salmon starter, ravioli with lobster, gnocchi filled with duck, roastbeef with amarone wine, great tiramisu. We tasted wine from south Italy, both very good. Very recommended place. Hotel itself is very nice, look like a castle with both indoor and outdoor pool, nice rooms and reasonable price. About 15 minutes from the old city of Bergammo.

A decent basic hotel with no frills. If you have a car, no worries and if not, nothing much except few basic grocery shops around it. They have a good pool and a tennis court and parking.

A wonderful location cozy and refined ruined by food and service not certainly in line with the expectations. I can't actually judge the hotel as I haven't stayed there, I was there at a marriage party and it was a bit disappointing. The food portions were scarce and the quality very questionable. They were supposed to make special food for two people with lactose intolerance and gluten intolerance and they didn't. I definitely wouldn't suggest anyone to organize a party there. I just hope that the hotel is better

Nice hotel, in an antique building with very much history and art pieces inside. Nice clean rooms and bathroom with all the toiletries needed. We did not appreciate finding the pool to be public and full as it was not mentioned on their site and it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel, therefore we didnt used it although it was free to access it. The in house restaurant is not open during saturday and sunday (but you can check it on their site) but there are very nice restaurants within walking distance. Offers a good airport connection with private shuttle and it's close to the airport so it's very handy for whom has to travel by air. Also not very far from Bergamo, reachable by public transportation or taxi (cca 30). Staff was very helpful, they offered coffee at 5Am :) A good place to be if you travel by air but a bit out of hand for visiting Bergamo. Overall, a good experience.

The hotel was clean, the stuff were super nice, always ready to help us. Moreover the pool and the sun beds were great and they had a bar. I did not like them organizing an event in the pool of the hotel, since it think this shall be for guest only. It was not such a big dea. What we didnt like is that its complicated to get to this hotel from the airport, if you dont grab a taxi. Its like 15 mins on foot to the train station of another town and then you gotta get to Bergamo and then to the airport. I liked my stay so much, but I felt like the location and not including the breakfast was a bit expensive but what we paid.
