Very clean and tidy and the hand sanitiser actually smells really nice (usually hate the smell). The shop assistant helped me find what I was looking for and was able to speak English which was really helpful. The security guard pretty much stared at us the entire time we were there and if we wandered down an aisle he would move around to get a better view in the least subtle way . I get that’s his job but it did feel a little uncomfortable at times - maybe just a culture thing.

Non ho esperienza in cosmetica, qui ho comprato un profumo da regalare. La ragazza alla cassa mi propone la card per avere diritto ad uno sconto. Le dico che va bene, a patto che elimini tutti i consensi privacy per scopi pubblicitari. Mi dice ok. È da dicembre che ricevo decine di email promozionali, nonostante ogni volta mi cancelli dalla mailing-list. Scrivo al servizio clienti e mi dicono che posso fare da solo seguendo il link..

Tutto perfettamente in ordine (come tutti i Sephora qui a Roma) e personale molto disponibile. Molta attesa per via del Covid, è permessa l'entrata di un certo numero di persone alla volta.
