You feel like a thief in this store absolutely a disgrace and I am a very good client . Security guard stares at you . You feel like not buying a thing . So small you can not move staff keeps asking if you need help every minute and gets on your nerves . 1 star is far too generous

The salesgirls are not educated on the products and hover over you when you are exploring new make -up. TESTERS that are there to have a try and see if its something you may want to buy. When you finally get to the cashier they are very slow and unprofessional. New York Sephora is a totally different experience. They need to remember that make up is fun!!! and stop being so snobby.

The worst shopping experience in my life. I’ve never been treated this way. From the beginning of my sister and I entering this store, this security followed us everywhere, like we were going to shoplift or something. He literally followed us everywhere, upstairs, downstairs several times like a creep. We weren’t doing anything apart from trying to find the products we were looking for. What I felt is we were treated with racism (there were couple of customers from other backgrounds, and we were the only Asian ones). I don’t know what is wrong with this person, but I am certain that he was filming us while we were making the payment (see the picture: he is holding his phone and the camera lens are facing us). No one should be treated this way. And perhaps, among all people, this BLACK gentleman should know the best.
