Very satisfied indeed! This one is my favourite because they have Sisley here in Ravenna :) I find myself very well, the staff (especially one of the beauty experts) is very kind, helpful, knows what could I be interested in based on products I'm already using, they let me try new things. I'm a frequent customer and find myself pampered ;-)
