A fronte della posizione spartana, ci ha regalato un gusto meraviglioso, un servizio di grande calore e buona qualità, e un rapporto qualità prezzo oltre ogni più fervida fantasia. Alla Carbonara, di cui sono campioni mondiali del 2016, niente invidia la splendida Cacio e Pepe. Tornerò a Roma con l'idea di poter di nuovo mangiarne, Grazie ! Ah... Pasta Cacio e Pepe (Pepper and cheese sauce pasta) and Pasta Carbonara (impossible to translate) are so good to die for. Not a surprise this simple place won so many international competitions as Masters of the local typical Roman cousine. Going on diet before to visit this place is a good suggestion, going diet after is almost obligatory, meanwhile your stomach and mouth go in paradise. Perhaps tomorrow the liver will ask a sabbatical leave, but who cares today? Tomorrow is another day.
