ROMIT is a school specialized in teaching Italian for foreigners coming from all over the world. It is based at a lovely ancient building in the beautiful, central and typical neighborhood “rione Monti”. Also, the school is a five minute walk from Cavour underground station and a just few steps away from the Colosseum, the Forum and Termini train Station. Our school has been set up by young teachers with several years of experience in teaching for foreigners and who have made of this job their main passion. Our aim is to offer courses not only to those who want to learn the Italian language, but also to anyone who wishes to have a better knowledge of culture, customs and traditions of our country, experiencing with us the Italian and roman everyday life. Our language courses have been planned with techniques designed to meet the students' needs: we combine communication and grammar focusing on the language that is useful in real life. In addition to that, we offer a wide range of courses and activities relating to Italian history of art, literature, cinema, theatre, cooking and fashion. The school provides wide and light classrooms, as well as a study hall where you can look something up, read books, surf on the web and socialize with other students. You’ll also find a little private garden: this is a meeting place for students and teachers during break time. A Wi-Fi connection is available for all students.
