Esperienza estremamente negativa, entrato per chiedere un preventivo per l'allestimento di un nuovo ristorante ho trovato all'interno due persone, una al telefono e l'altro che non ha neanche salutato continuando a pensare ai fatti propri salvo poi uscire dal negozio appena ha visto che sono uscito immediatamente. Un commerciante dovrebbe capire che oggigiorno i clienti sono preziosi e l'educazione è la base per instaurare qualunque rapporto soprattutto in termini di customer care.
