Exact same experience with sardegna agenzia costa rosa (Costa Paradiso), Monica the manager seems to be making business on overbooking. We rented a nice looking house months in advance and when we arrived during the holiday season an employee that only speaks Italian guided us to a crappy appartement (That should not even be rented) without any facilities. Since there were no more vacancy anywhere we had no choice but to stay there. We could have tough that we just had bad luck, but we met people in front of the agenzia costa rosa (That by the way was closed at opening hours) that had suffered from similar experiences, comments on google seems to confirm this is a very well organized way of fooling people. From what I understand agenzia costa rosa is also managing Villeta Cecilia, Appartamento Alcina and many others.... My advice: Keep Off.

Exactly same experience as the previous writer from Germany. House was not available due to technical defects in water supplies. We were transferred to another villa with only half of the facilities. Monica kindly offered refund of money but did not respond to any phonecalls, text-messages nor was available in the office. We checked the exact location of the booked villa and it seemed to be occupied by someone else. No subsitute villa and no substitute money. Pls do not do any business with this agency!!!!
