this summer I was on holiday in Italy at my friend's house by mistake I broke a cup of her murano chandelier. Luckily I found this place that had a spare exactly the same as I had destroyed. Thank you so much

I wanted to express my appreciation with you for the excellent company you are. I came 2 times for the choice of all the chandeliers in my house by the sea and I sincerely found a professional seller like Federica honest and competent. They are not often found. Recommended company.
We have had the same experience of many other reviewers. We paid in advance one year ago, and have received nothing except lies after countless emails. We are in the USA, and we even had a lighting specialist who speaks Italian call on our behalf. She couldn't believe the dishonesty from this company! Don't do business with these crooks!
TOTAL AND DELIBERATE FRAUD. Took my money via bank transfer as well as the broken part which I posted. No response to my emails. Phones dont work or no one picks up. Stay away. I am looking into how to report this company to Italian authorities.
