Very elegant and rustic restaurant all at once. There are 5, 6 or 8-course menus from the menu, which are fair with prices of 59, 69 and 85. A wine accompaniment with excellent wines is also recommended here. Those who do not appreciate or understand the enjoyment are definitely wrong here and should go to a pizzeria.

Lovely atmosphere and lighting. Service was fine but not memorable. Food was good but not outstanding, presented beautifully but with small portions that lacked the required richness to compensate for the size. We had a nice meal but it won't go down in the history books.
Food tasty, but beware the drinks as they inflated our bill. Without being advised upon ordering, a glass of Vernaccia wine was then charged 9 . A shot of regular grappa 9 , and a glass of Passito wine 8 (actually, we wanted to have Vin Santo instead of Passito but it was not available, despite the menu listing a full page of Vin Santo varieties). Moreover, the price of grappa and Passito was higher on the bill than on the menu. We liked all the rest but were so much disappointed by this, we almost felt cheated, hence the 2 stars.
Big gastronomic surprise in a small San Gimignano . Everything is perfect stating from head waiter till amazing chef. Highly recommended. Not very cheap but worth it!
We ate here 3 years ago and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Sometimes when we return to a place we find it doesn't live up to our memory, but thankfully that didn't happen this time. Once again we had an incredibly tasty meal. 10 out of 10. Service was also very good.
