All or them are mostly the same, but this one is strangely the slower one, we had to wait For one normal burger and a mix salad more than 15 minutes, and It was not even lunch time, Is that normal?

Restaurant was almost empty at 11am and it took 20min to get our order. We asked the manager about it but he was rude, on top of it!!!
