Very cute restaurant run by a passionate wife who explains all the details of how they source the food and what is on the daily menu that changes based on the available produce, and the husband who is the brilliant chef behind the scene.

Fantastic food and service. Well worth a visit. Bookings are necessary on Saturday nights and potentially at other times - it was full at lunch when we ate here and it's not even high season yet.

I would suggest trying everything, but since the menu changes daily, the best thing to do is to try as many things as possible. Every dish is prepared with great attention to detail and many “simple” dishes will surprise you with their complexity. To top it all off the entire restaurant presents without a hint of pretentiousness or snobbery. Cannot wait to go back.

Stupendo ristoro situato in una via del centro della città. Il locale dispone di un posto interno, ma anche esterno (estivo), impreziosito da un giardino. I piatti son eccellenti, il servizio è ottimo e anche l'ospitalità è notevole.
Professionalità e cortesia al Rossini Bistrot, veramente una piacevole sorpresa in centro a Pesaro. Dall’entree al dessert una delizia per le papille gustative. Tutte le portate molto delicate e sfiziose, ma nei cavatelli si sentiva il profumo e la persistenza di mare. Unico neo il pepe, forse troppo! Ma vogliamo parlare del vino! Bottiglia appena stappata, perlage ottimo e profumi che solo uno chardonnay in purezza sa offrire. Mise en place non all’altezza dei piatti. Comunque nel complesso esperienza positiva, sicuramente tornerò.
Luogo accogliente ....molta gentilezza da parte del personale...ottimi i primi ...anche gli antipasti sono ottimi...tutto ben presentato.....locale pulito e molto curato....super consigliato.
