Davide was extremely helpful and I would highly recommend him and continue to use him in the future. Contacted Assistenza PC roma following an online search, I chose him due to the positive reviews, my laptop had ceased to work and i needed it either repaired or the data recovered, unfortunately the laptop was not repairable but the data was thankfully recovered. I was also in need of a PC for home, davide provided me with various build options and specs. Picked up the new computer Yesterday it fantastic, very fast and was very reasonably priced.... Nonostante io abiti a un bel po' di distanza dal centro assistenza, mi sono rivolto a questo ragazzo dopo aver letto attentamente alcune recensioni postate da altri utenti, e ne sono rimasto incuriosito. Posso dire che la mia esperienza è stata assolutamente positiva. David è una persona competente e paziente, dopo avergli portato io un pezzo sbagliato da aggiungere ad un portatile, organizzandoci siamo riusciti a risolvere il problema. Se dovessi avere necessità o bisogno in futuro, sicuramente ricontatterei lui.

Ho fatto assemblare un PC desktop e il risultato è stato superlativo. Dopo aver chiesto un preventivo mi sono recato presso l'ufficio e abbiamo modificato insieme l'offerta, tutto nel rispetto delle normative anti-Covid (mascherina, gel disinfettante e distanziamento). Abbiamo fatto partire l'ordine e nel giro di 5 giorni lavorativi il PC era a casa. Sono stato aggiornato passo passo sull'assemblaggio tramite foto. Lo consiglio vivamente per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, per la professionalità e per la velocità con cui svolge il lavoro. Non mancherò di consigliarlo a chiunque abbia problemi con il PC o che sia in cerca di un assemblato.

Servizio eccellente, rapido e professionale. Ho fatto una ricerca su internet per un servizio di assistenza pc ASUS e per caso ho scelto Assistenza Pc Roma Eur, anche per vicinanza a casa. In pochissimo tempo ho avuto la sostituzione dell'Hard disk. il titolare, Davide, è molto pratico e diretto, senza tutti quei fronzoli e giri di paroloni che altri professionisti del settore usano su quelli come me ignoranti di informatica e termini tecnici per raggirarli e fargli spendere di più. Onesto e sincero.
