I was frankly surprised to see this station so modern, clean, and well-maintained. Signage and directions are plentiful and adequate so you will never get lost. Shops selling coffee and pastry are open early, allowing you to grab a quick Italian breakfast before departing. The platforms are also very nice, with signs marking where each cars will be stopping.

It's a nice station but there were NO signs as to where to catch the substitute buses
The renovated Roma Tiburtina station is great. Many shops and food options. Many of them are vegan friendly, good places to buy some food for the journey. From here you can get to any place in Italy. Try booking well in advance to get excellent prices for high speed trains.
A brand new rail station with many high-speed trains. You can reach cities like Florence, Bologna, Venice, and Milan :)
The worst experience in Rome. A rude grumpy supervisor kicked us out of the Station at 1 am and we had to stay out of the Station to 4:30 am. We had to spend the whole night surrounded by homeless and untrustworthy people. Nice building but it has no use when they kick the travellers out of the building. Toilette was closed and security workers didnt speak english, didnt reply to our questions and without any word kicked us out. Never more.
