I needed to get some pants tailored while I was in Rome. Sartoria Scavelli was kind, courteous, reasonably priced and prompt. And the gentleman was patient with my Italian. They have a wide selection of suits, shirts, neckties and bowties (among other items) in case you need any of these while in the Eternal City.
