The ramen is actually quite good! The spicy ramen has a nice spicy warmth to it and it’s really has a lot of flavors and a nice texture. The charshu was also good, and The noodles have a nice bite to it. Then why only three stars? Well, they serve it in a cardboard cup, which was really small. And they charge you 10 for it. It’s way to expensive, and it’s an incredibly unsatisfying way of eating ramen. Besides it doesn’t even remotely make you full...even the charshu was tiny

From a frequent traveler opinion's, this is one of the best fast food ramen you can find (just) in Termini station, cozy ambient with the typical style seats of a common Japanese bar, served by the nicest waiter, although the broth is just reheated its recipe comes from the ramen Japanese master Akira Yoshida

Possibly the worst ramen of my life. Vegetarian option with no other taste than salt with a few sad leek slices is a joke, but not a funny one. 10 for food of this size and quality is a crime. I feel really ripped off.

The noodles put me off a bit, its expensive and the serving isn’t large, but the broth (oh the broth) is really something to die for. Keep in mind you’re eating at the Mercado and Rome to boot so.... At the end of the day, here I am finishing up a cup and thinking about my next. I always mean to eat at another vendor, but I can’t pass it the spicy ramen (also not that spicy).

The amount is very small but the quality is very nice and original. Depends on what you concern.

Don't wanna be mean but no vegetarian option whatsoever? Also the prices are very high. Good thing they make it to go, but \u200d️

Just don't call it ramen, the basic dish has nothing in it, apart from noodles, spinach leaves, and a greasy pork slice. All of this for 10. Leek is one extra . Seaweed another . No possibility of adding eggs.
