Arrivando oggi da Bologna fino a Roma i biglietti che costano 250, pur troppo il treno a avuto un problema e arrivato con 1 ora di ritardo alle 14:30, il appuntamento dato da loro alle 14:20 in quanto chiudono alle 14:30, provando a contattare il ufficio non hano risposto, ano provato a ricontatarmi pur troppo con la fretta di arrivare il più velocemente possibile, con una bimba di 6 mesi pensate voi, che anno risposto al citofono dicendo che non possono fare nulla per oggi eravamo lì alle 14:50, l'unica cosa un altro appuntamento domani sempre alle 14:20, voglio dire grazie mille, lo so che erravati già chiusi pero si poteva fare qualcosa in quanto erano ancora sul posto di lavoro. era da 4 messi che cercavo di prendere un appuntamento con loro
