Great place! Boxes are affordable, clean, and secure. Shout out to Simone for great customer service. He was very accommodating and willing to look for exactly what we needed. Highly recommend!!
Don’t use EasyBox Roma Centro! They’re very good at charging you money but terrible at reimbursing you the money they owe you once you stop using their services. I had to email multiple times and call them to finally get reimbursed once I had pulled my stuff out of the storage unit I was renting. It took me a month to get my money back and I had to fight to be reimbursed for the full amount. Chiara, one of the managers, doesn’t answer emails and shows no care for her clients. The rest of the staff is nice but can’t do much when a management that is so unprofessional.
