we were there. one person was on the phone. not even give us code to wait or something. then we move to next door. and also, 3 persons there no one asks us. all of them ignore us. then we back to the 1st building. the man was not on the phone anymore. but still, he’s not moving from his desk to serve us. sucks big time!

Sorry for the English but I write it faster than Italian. Customer service is a foreign concept to this dealership. I realize this is Italy but is it so difficult to answer the phone . I tried to call 4 times with no answer . I left a voicemail with no response . I have bought two GS 1200s .I feel as if this group of people could care less . Very frustrating!
No respect for bmw tradition. Only interested in making money and style.
Should have bought the Helmet. Dang it.
