During the last couple of years I have had four trips to Venice specifically for the purpose of finding a suitable apartment for my needs. Frankly, it's been an exhausting experience involving meeting countless dodgy agents usually trying to sell us the same properties. Thus it came as a huge relief to meet the multi-lingual Alfonso who proved to be as conscientious and professional as so many others were disorganised and disingenuous, and ultimately time-wasting. Thanks to Alfonso, the whole experience of dealing with the intricacies of Italian bureaucracy (even when confronted with the huge challenge of Covid 19 'Lockdown' !) was straightforward and at all times transparent. I wholeheartedly recommend Alfonso and his wife, and if I was looking for another Venetian property they would undoubtedly be my first call.
