Poor customer service. Two weeks ago I called the agency in Gallarate, about a flat at Via A. Gramsci, Gallarate, and who get the call told me the person in charge what is not available. She did not ask me my number or any contact. Just asked me to call next day and finish the call. For me was strange, an state agent does not collect details from a possible customer. I called next day and I was informed the flat was rented. She did not offered me anything more, no options or ask my details for a possible contact in the future soon they have a property suitable for me. Just said Arrivederci. Questions in my mind: they do not like to rent, just sale; they do not like foreigners ( I speak Italian but just few things in writing); the person was not fully trained to get calls (she represents a company!!!). I am not a competitor, I am working in aviation business and I will be here for few years. My family lives in London, UK. Fortunately, I managed another property and I am very happy with that. Who knows in future, I will make another approach to see if something has change. For the people that had better relations with the agency, feel lucky. I hope I have helped this company. Again, sorry write in English.
