The restaurant is conveniently located nearby tram and bu stop Bernard. Da Feltre in Viale di Trastevere. We didn't make reservation on sunday afternoon but fortunately there was free table for us. The Ramen were delicious and authentic. We ordered Tan tan spicy ramen and Gyuniku Ramen which were delicious. Eventhough portion of the ramen was generous but we decided to still order few other things such as kaarage, gyoza and takoyaki which were also delicious. The sencha tea (japanese green tea) and Kirin beer were the perfect beverage companion with all those yummie food We'll be back. PS : Due to covid19 restriction, highly recommended to make reservation in advance. And they are very flexible, there was customer just arrived at 3.30 pm and they still served her (very rare as in Italy usually by 3 pm the kitchen is closed)

This place is amazing. The noodles are made as you watch! May be the best noodles I have ever tasted. Exceptional broth. The Ramen is outstanding. And I know Ramen! Highly recommend. Sorry about the photo! I got so busy eating I forgot to take a photo before I ate!

Very good Ramen for a reasonable price. My favorite was the Tan Tan. Staff is very nice and you can see them preparing the food through a window. Came here every week (sometimes more than once) for a delicious meal while studying abroad. A nice delicious break from Italian cuisine.
