Worst service in the world. Been on the phone for 30 minutes on a Thursday morning without getting an answer. Website is completely out-dated. Depressing to see such an important office run in such a terrible way.

Non andate senza appuntamento perche non vi faranno entrare 1 cosa! CONSIGLIO A TUTTI DI INSISTERE SIA TRAMITE EMAIL SIA SUL SITO DEGLI APPUNTAMENTI. IO DOPO TANTI TENTATIVI HO AVUTO LA FORTUNA DI AVERE L'APPUNTAMENTO E DI POTER RISOLVERE IL PROBLEMA. *PER CHI HA URGENZA PUÒ MANDARE UN POSTINO O UN CORRIERE DI FIDUCIA BASTA CHE ABBIA LA DIVISA, POTRÀ ENTRARE SENZA PROBLEMI E SENZA APPUNTAMENTI.
