i walked into this place to get some information for a family trip and was found myself booking a trip within days. usually we take time to decide ,however i found it so easy to book our trip due to the professional service which was given to me . Pamela knew exactly how to put together a great experience for all of us to enjoy. The kids 4 and 7 had the time of their life and so did we. It could not have been better. She took time to listen to our needs and we did not have to worry about nothing other than getting to the airport. It was perfect from beginning to end . So much so that we are planning another holiday I highly recommend i viaggi di Pamela if you are looking for high expectations. Ci siamo affidati a Pamela per il nostro viaggio di nozze in America ed è stata la scelta giusta! Nonostante avessimo un programma intenso diviso tra new york, Caraibi, California e parchi Pamela ha gestito tutto alla perfezione, ci ha ascoltati e guidati dall'inizio alla fine ed è stata sempre disponibile venendoci incontro su tutto. Il viaggio è stato semplicemente perfetto, nemmeno un intoppo nonostante i tanti voli e spostamenti nelle varie località. Anche la scelta degli hotel ci ha pienamente soddisfatti.
