Of course when you are a dissatisfied customer it's easy to jump into a review with anger and despair, but be assured, I’m not one to do that. Unfortunately after months of pleading my case with Germanplast, this is my last option as a legal battle in Italy would take years and years. So if you like to know more, please contact me for a full 16 page, legal documented report of our problems with this company, and make up your own mind. And i'ts nice to see others give 5 stars, but that's what family is for. ( 2 days after I posted this review, I received a letter from their lawyer, threatening me with legal action if I don't stop ) Last week I received another letter from their lawyer that I should not post any pictures of the machine that they supplied us with. I wonder why......
