You have to be kidding. I am from Mexico, which is a low bar already when comparing local Police ... but you in Rome are crazy, really. You sent me a traffic fine for Euros 480 for some infraction that was pretty difficult to avoid with your terrible signage. You made driving a rental car in Rome the only part that I did not like during 3 weeks in Italy. Terrible experience with you.

Once I faced one problem in Rome I called 112 and they told me to call there. After 10 minutes waiting they finally picked up the phone. And when I asked if someone speaks English they just hung up! What a great help, thank you! If you're in Rome and you don't know Italian, be sure no one's gonna help you.

40 minutes waiting before getting an answer and been attended in a very unprofessional way. 2nd call was much better, less than 2 minutes wait and quick operator. Hope it wasn't just luck, I'll tell you next time I have to call

Ho appena ricevuto GIUSTAMENTE una multa perché alla guida con il cellulare nei pressi del policlinico Casilino (ero al telefono con mia moglie che era all interno dell'ospedale perché al nono mese di gravidanza..... Ma vabbhe non avevo giustificazioni)... Però pare che se ti parcheggi sulle strisce pedonali davanti la pensilina della fermata dei pullman o anche in doppia fila non ti succede nulla (anzi qui stabilmente c'è un signore che dirige il traffico e i parcheggi......) ci vorrebbe onestà in tutto!!!!.... Detto questo ringrazio le nostre forze dell'ordine per il loro operato, ma sperando che la prossima volta o multe a tutti o a nessuno.
