Extremely friendly and helpful folks! The bikes are rented out for a very reasonable price and this location is perfect to cycle immediately into the city heart of gorgeous Pisa!! They even have a helpful app with which you can easily tour around the nicest sights, buildings, ... Will definitely come again if we ever visit Pisa another time.

We had a great experience! We only had 2 hours in Pisa before or next train to Rome. The kids wanted to ride bikes, but it isn't possible to rent multiple bikes from the city ones outside the station. Smile and Ride showed up on Google maps right around the corner from the station. The family there are super nice and helpful. They got us 5 bikes ready to go, their self guiding tour app downloaded and got us on our way in about 5 minutes. There were so kind and friendly. The bikes were well maintained and smooth to ride. They have an app that suggest a route with helpful information about stops. It made our experience in Pisa a wonderful joy. That is the best way to see the city! I would go back to Pisa just to rent bikes from them. I wish every city had a shop with an app like theirs! They also gave us locks and had smart phone holders for hand free navigation while riding. Lots of accessories in their shop! Highly recommended!
Rented a couple of city bikes to go to Pisa marina. Very caring and friendly staff. Good bikes. 20mile loop on small roads to the beach.
It was an awesome experience. The lady was wonderful and so helpful! The bikes were so comfortable and single gear. Just a gorgeous city to bike around. The cars respect the bikes here. Saw grandmas and grandpas riding for goodness sake lol. Just an all around great place. Also get price so the single day!
Very helpful owners, great quality bikes! Received warm welcome, owners recommended and booked for us tasty and cosy restaurant for lunch. The rentshop is conveniently located: 3 minutes walking from the train station. We did a 3 day bike trip, rented bikes and begs. As a standard accessory received a repayment kit, lockers. One thing they do not give “by default” are front and back lights, so either take yours or take additionally if you plan to cycle in the dark.
