So this was my first experience trying japnease food (Sushi) and i like the concept. The resturant was neat and i love the way you can order using tablet, pictures were there so you know what your order will look like, each dish had a description in italian , english , deutsch language which was helpful for us in selecting. I am uploading the pictures of food that we tried.

One of the best places to try authentic sushi in Pisa. They have good quality and variety. They don't have much offering in terms of fried sushi. Their rice quality is great. The presentation is amazing. The staff is ok, and not as welcoming as other places but it depends. It is very difficult expensive and I would say that in terms of price and quality , the price should have been a bit lower. Still worth trying.

Pisa is lucky to have such a good sushi restaurant. Fresh fish, well-made rice, beautiful presentation and proportions, amazing value (all you can at 16/person), courteous, well-paced service and good fun ordering via iPad...everything was perfect. We took full advantage because we don't find this at home in London and hope to return.
