Good infrastructure, but bad service and too little patience for new tourist from abroad that are not familiar with where and how things are done. The cashier/hostess was extremely rude with my husband when he asked her politely a few questions about how the Lido worked and the sun shade rentals. She was used to deal with return customers only. Awful hospitality. We would prefer to use the free beach next door next time. Don't visit this place.

The beach is good, sand soft, usual beach equipment is available. The four stars is because you can't choose the beach umbrella even if beach is almost empty. The negotiations with beach umbrellas manager has the same success as talks to radio.

Servizio ristorante pessimo! Siamo stati i primi ad arrivare e mio marito è stato servito ( ha ordinato un primo) dopo 1 ora quasi. Si sono giustificati dando colpa al cuoco e poi hanno continuato a servire le persone dei tavoli che sono arrivati dopo di noi. Quando siamo andati a pagare , abbiamo lamentato di quanto è accaduto e la cosa per loro è rimasta del tutto indifferente...neanche un cenno di un " chiediamo scusa"...In spiaggia non abbiamo potuto neanche gonfiare i giochini gonfiabili dei bambini perché sono sprovvisti di gonfiatore ( una cosa necessaria al giorno d'oggi ). Insomma niente di eccezionale...c'è di meglio in giro!
Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Siamo stati a dormire al residence, camera bella e pulita. Molto buona anche la cucina del ristorante.
